The most frequently asked question is whether Faswall meets building codes.

Faswall Meets Building and Energy Codes in All States.

Faswall® meets or exceeds building and energy codes in all states. If your local building department is not familiar with Faswall® ICF’s 25-year history in North America, we can provide the necessary professional listings and testing data to assist in gaining required approvals. Our staff has many years of experience in providing guidance and direction regarding engineering and structural solutions.

We guarantee all products to be manufactured according to the Quality Control standards required by the International Code Council (ICC). All products are supported by independent laboratory testing (ASTM), which is available upon request.

This vertical core space provides for internal concrete columns which can be reinforced with steel rebar according to various schedules that can be designed by licensed engineers or architects and/or is based on local Building Code requirements (e.g. IBC 2007, IRC 2006) or applicable prescriptive standards.

“We did a lot of research on various green building systems but settled on Faswall. Not only did it seem like the “greenest” technology, but the ease of building compared to other systems seemed like a good choice for an owner/builder. What we didn’t expect, but were totally delighted with, was how knowledgable and helpful the people at Faswall were. We couldn’t have done it without you!”
